You can still pick up the previous cats cant you?
If you missed any cat in the campaign they will be in certain riven’s lair / COIL pathways.
This particular one should be in the “Synchysis” pathway, middle portal (?), second area (Cell of the Syncophant), rear right corner of the room.
Just keep reloading Riven’s Lair from orbit until you get the “Synchesis” mission. 👍

Can now get sycophant cat in coil
I did all 4 catalysts in one run but was unaware of this vex portal until ages after we finished it.
Do I have to run it on legend again or will doing it in regular still spawn the portal?
For anyone needing this cat, thsi week you can load into a coil and the last lair is the sycophant. You will need to complete all 3 encounters then on the 4th you can obtain the cat
