The palace has revealed new details on plans for events that will take place over the coronation weekend from Saturday May 6 to Monday May 8.
The coronation of the King and Queen Consort will take place at Westminster Abbey on the Saturday morning, conducted by the Archbishop of Canterbury.
According to the palace it will be “a solemn religious service, as well as an occasion for celebration and pageantry”.
The service will “reflect the monarch’s role today and look towards the future, while being rooted in longstanding traditions and pageantry”.
TalkTV’s Kevin O’Sullivan and former Royal editor of The Sun Charlie Rae discussed whether Harry and Meghan should attend the coronation.

I look back and see how many times Charles covered up Harry's dirty deeds, the drunken violent clashes, the drugs/going to rehab, nude romp in Vegas, and Charles never made Harry accountable for his bad behaviour and stupid choices and that's why I think Charles will want Harry (and MM) at the Coronation..God, I hope he knows what he must do to monitor and control them so they don't misbehave and record anything..and monitor them just like when they appeared at the Queen's funeral, they have to be tightly controlled. I guess we'll see won't we.
